Hotel had a great location at the edge of the city centre. Staff were very friendly and our room was very clean. There was an initial mix up with our room but this was sorted very quickly and satisfactorily and we were given a free drink at the bar for our trouble. More

Hotel is ok! Only thing wrong with this place is the beds! I contemplated sleeping on the floor it was so bad! You may as well be sleeping on a slab of concrete! More

Very welcoming staff on arrival. We were booked in very quickly. The room was very clean and comfortable. Beds were great and room warm all night. What more can you say. Stayed at the ibis Cardiff in December 2011, 1st impressions weren't great as i was signed in by a member of the kitchen staff.but he was friendly courteous and helpful.the room was one of the best I have stayed in it was clean comfortable a great bed to sleep on and the shower room/toilet excellent.
