Male receptionist rude, impolite and unwelcoming, booked a double room and got a twin room. Male staff did nothing to help or resolve the issue didn't even apologise. Noise from other kitchen staff was disgusting woke up to foul language which made both of us feel uncomfortable. Would never stay here again and would seriously not recommend this to anyone.

We paid £5 when we booked for an hour's wi-fi only to find when we got there that we had to ring a premum rate number to get the access code. The receptionist did all he could but we had to ring the number. Warning - don't waste your money!

My room was very clean and tidy, all you need for an overnight stay. The Carvery next door was delicious and very good price, best carvery I have ever had!
