Beware of their overbookoing policy which appears to be routine especially at weekends. The alternative that is offered is the Holiday Inn Express at Cardiff airport 12 miles away which just about sums up the managements belief of what equates with their own fading glory. more

On arrival hotel presented well. Excellent location. Clean and comfortable however the accumulation of minor problems let this hotel down. If situated at the front of the hotel extremely noisy night life to be heard, no air conditioning therfore window had to be left slightly open, overhead fan in room noisy.
