Stayed here on business great location, hotel clean and tidy. Parking terrible there carpark is tiny never no spaces. Had food on the evening did't rate it lamb shank was small the menu it's self wasn't great. The room ok nothing great the bed nice and big had a good sleep. Would use again if had business in Cardiff

Recently stayed at the Parc but never again thanks to the snotty rude reception staff. In the bathroom the toilet roll holder had been placed so that you couldn't actually sit on the loo. The hotel only seem interested in business clients or coach parties

Nice room but don't have one overlooking Queen Street. Kept awake until 6am from noise from The Pulse nightclub. We were offered 20% discount on our stay on request. Bathroom shower controls leaked and toilet too close to the wall and loo roll holder in the way, badly designed bathroom when there was plenty of space.

Great location in city centre. Booked a family room which was great for three, with a separate bedroom area for our granddaughter. Reasonable selection in the hotel restaurant for lunch and dinner. Tasty Welsh breakfast. Car parking is limited, at a cost of £12 for 24 hours, but it's usually possible to find a car parking space.
