We were guests at a wedding at the hotel but managed to avoid any ancient mariners on the way. We went to Cardiff Bay afterwards instead - worth a visit if you need cobwebs or whatever blowing away. I stayed at the Park Plaza for one night while travelling on business. All the staff who I encountered were very friendly and helpful. I asked for a quiet room and the check in person arranged for me to have a room at the back overlooking the courtyard. It was very quiet! The staff in the restaurant were very friendly.... more

Stayed 2 nights some months ago. Had a really pleasant stay. Beautiful hotel with very nice rooms and excellent facilities. Reastaurant is also good and cozy. I would definitely go back. more
