Great location, great rooms, great breakfast. What more can I ask? I would definitely come back again and the prices are reasonable given the quality of the hotel. It is situated centrally so it is close to the castles and you have restaurants and bars at your doorstep. No hotel parking but you get a 25% reduction on the daily... more

After reading the TA reviews I was concerned about the noise from the street but was assured by the hotel reservations staff that all executive rooms are on high floors and overlook the back of the hotel - away from the street and bars. This was a really nice hotel, the lobby is great, quite spectacular, our room was huge and very well laid out, thought had been put into it. The view was of trees, but would be good in winter. Not sure this hotel deserves the star that it holds.. had to call them twice about air conditioning and they didnt offer to move me. Room hot and stuffy.Good location for cardiff and freindly reception staff and gym instructor! more
