Ive stayed at the Riverbank for the last three years when attending the FA Cup Final. Amazing view of the Millennium Stadium! The staff are fantastic and the Harris family that manage the place are great and friendly. Lovely clean hotel, if a little dated, but Rachel the cleaner/barmaid/chief cook and bottle-washer is a top laugh. Would definately recommend the... more

We recently visited Wales and our last night there, we spent at the Riverbank Hotel in Cardiff. We had previously stayed there twice before and could overlook the old fashioned furniture, the saggy bed springs and rooms that should have been updated 10 years before, however, this time, we were given a room that supposedly had been cleaned.
