I ended up staying here with a friend of mine when she came to visit me and her cousin, whom she had booked the room with, couldn't make it. Not wanting to let a good pre-paid breakfast go to waste, I decided to take his place and joined her for a night there. Well, the beds were so comfy and... More

Whilst staying in Cardiff on business The Ty Rosa gave me a home away from home. From the greeting as I arrived until the moment I left, I was cared for in every way. A fabulous breakfast started each day along with a warm smile and a great night sleep in a huge bed finished it off. Great transport links... More

Have stayed twice, will stay again. Good value for money, warm welcome, excellent food. Second favourite place I've stayed this year (first place was Cliveden!) More

Stayed in 'The Keep' for one night on a work trip. A very friendly welcome, and very comfortable accommodation, decorated with real warmth and character. Hotels and B&Bs who say that your veganism isn't going to be a problem are often telling fibs, but from the welcoming cuppa with soya milk when I arrived to the glorious cooked breakfast, this... I had eggs benedict and I have never eaten better. I guess that is why the room rates are quite steep for a B&B in this part of the world - certainly more than the norm. We were treated very well however and overall it was a great B&B More

We stayed for 2 nights and ate 2 breakfasts and 1 evening meal. The food was superb. The chef is clearly very talented although it did seem to be restaurant prices which we felt was a bit steep for a B&B. Our room (Harlech Castle) was small and compact. It was ensuite with a colony of fruit flies living under... More

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We try to keep our prices competitive on the evening dining but also with generous portions. The property is a Victorian house and we try to sound proof as much as we can. Harlech Castell room is due a refurbishment in early January which will freshen... More

My girlfriend and myself chose Ty Rosa mainly due to the great reviews and it didn't disappoint. We decided to take the negative reviews with a pinch of salt and this proved the correct choice. We felt at home from the moment we entered the house and met Paul and Stuart. The room was very clean and a great size... More

I stayed at TY Rosa for two days with my boy friend. Paul gave us a warm welcome, offered us a cup of coffee and gave us a map and explained the routes and the must see places, he offered us the taxi companies we should use and also his number to contact in case we get lost. We were... More
