The hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were more than OK, most important was that they were clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fine, it included cereal and/or English breakfast with orange juice, tea or coffee. I found hotel Tanes a pleasant hotel to stay, however some people might find the style a bit old-fashioned.

We received a very warm welcome on arrival, all the staff are friendly and accommodating. Our room was a good size, with a comfortable bed and it was nicely decorated. My own work involves welcoming visitors and tourists to a visitor attraction, so it was a joy to see the owners of the Tanes Hotel putting professional training and personal friendliness into their treatment of all their guests. I will be very pleased to recommend a stay to others.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located with secure parking and only 15 minutes walk from the city centre - also on a bus route. Service was first class and we were made to feel very welcome during our stay. Breakfast was very good. We would certainly visit again!

This time just one night, but will be back for longer. Very well-positioned just outside the city centre but within easy reach of it by walking or taking the bus from the stop immediately outside. Warm welcome - spotlessly clean - quiet (even if facing the road) and excellent breakfast. What more could you ask for?
