We stayed for only one night and that was enough. The staff were polite, courtious and helpful. The only other plus was that breakfast coffee was good. The room decor was tired and tatty, the net curtains dirty and the beds uncomfortable. The lift and corridors permanently smelt of disinfectant. One stay was enough. more

the Hotel is well located in Newport, However the staff were rude and unreliable. I have written to the management, but to date (some 2 months) no response has been given! there are some better hotels in the area, if not so well located but i would rather the walk! more
