it was clean but the bath room was sooooo out of date dirty nets and holes in the carpet needs a refit the starff were all nice food was ok not much of a choice no lift to the floors and no help with cases ok for a night but no more disappointing that this is a hilton more

Dirty room, worn out fixtures, grubby sheets, grubby shower, tatty carpet, over priced food and pay for parking on top of all that! The reception area is indeed of a high standard but beyond that, it's 2* at best and really is back packer hostel standard. I will never stay again and feel robbed of good money in staying there. more
