Second time staying at this hotel and always had fantastic service. Stayed in an Executive Suite - large bedroom and separate sitting room, excellent decor, very quiet and could see Swansea Bay in the distance. We had dinner in the Brasserie Restaurant and the choice on the menu was excellent - food deliciously cooked and beautifully presented. The hotel is... more

I wasn't sure what I was in for when I booked it because it was so reasonable priced - but I was pleasantly surprised at every turn. I only booked a standard room but the room seemed to be more of an executive suite. It was very spacious with a very comfortable couch, cheap (and fast) internet, extremely comfortable beds... more

We were very warmly welcomed on arrival at this hotel - all the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned to a very high standard, with comfortable bed and egyptian cotton sheets. I should imagine the front bedrooms could be noisy late at night (after pubs/clubs close) over the weekend as the hotel is on a busy... more

Would echo much of what has been written already about this hotel. Great location and if you get a room overlooking the car park, you don't get disturbed at night by city centre revellers - only the noisy ones down the corridor at 5 am! Good value for the money paid. We had nice, mild weather when we stayed two... more

We booked this hotel from lastminute and got it for approx £60 for the two of us, room only. The exterior is a little shabby looking but once inside its lovely and has undertaken a recent refub programme. The reception is lovely as is the swimming pool and spa area. The bar and breakfast room were lovely. The lift are... more

Got a three night deal in executive double for very good price Very friendly staff, very clean, recently refurbed, bang in the middle of town. Receptionist and health club staff both recommended good restaurants for us (La Parilla on the Waterfront highly recommended!) Breakfast good but not... more

Stayed overnight. 60's monstrosity from outside but great inside - has been completely done up and was lovely. Rooms not huge but well done. Flat screen TV. Great Bathroom 5 Minutes walk from the station and from the Marina. Don't think you will beat this for City Centre hotel at a reasonable price ( Late Rooms more

The Dragon was an unexpected delight all round. Super city centre location, with our room well insulated against traffic noise. Onsite car park and tastefully designed accommodation, we found no fault with this hotel. Would certainly recommend and visit again. Staff were efficient, friendly and warm. The bar too was excellent. more
