My sister and I recently spent three weeks at the Castle Hotel. It was our fourth visit in three years, and the longest period of time that we have spent at one location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. This cosy historic hotel, with it's panelled bar, lovely dinning room, and great staff, made us feel at home. The pleasantly decorated rooms, spotlessly clean (nicely updated since our last visit) ensuite bathrooms, the daily cookies on the hospitality tray, the flat screen TV with satelite service, and the lovely down duvets,(both updates) made it a welcomed haven, after a long day of sightseeing. This little hotel, is conveniently situated for touring so much of South Wales. The free WIFI, (another upgrade since our last visit) and the free secured parking were a nice little extras.
