This has to be one of the best budget hotels ever. It's clean and friendly, there is a nice sitting room with a bar, and the bedrooms are very quiet and peaceful and have everything you could want. This is a lovely old building-beautifully maintained. Only problem-no lift and the stairs are steep. However there is a great welcome and the breakfast is historic! There is a small game room with internet in the basement. There is also a small bar. Ther rooms are comfortable with tea/coffe making facilities. more

I cannot recommend this excellent hotel highly enough. Last week we made our 4th visit there.It is modestly priced, immaculate, welcoming and admirably run. It is licensed; bedrooms are en suite. The breakfasts are superb.It is but a ?3.30 taxi ride from Swansea Rail Station. more
