Stayed here last august as a stop over. The hotel was very clean and tidy and welcome very good. Read the reviews about the Taybarn so did not have a meal here. The big surprise was they do not have a lift! However hotel was clean and staff friendly that made it a good stay Shower was low pressure which did not suit me because I like quick showers and this one took very long.

Premier Inn have got it right once again! Clean comfortable rooms & spotless bathrooms. All the staff both in the hotel and the adjoining 'Taybarn' eatery were courteous and helpful without exception - nothing was too much trouble. Parking is free and plentiful and the Inn is only a short taxi ride from the football stadium.

stayed on the 12 april, check in was abreeze, great ,informative staff,, and lots of parking, room was as you would expect, clean ,tidy and a big comfy bed ,,had the premier breakfast in the adjoining Taybarns which again was great value and served hot and fresh.. would defintly go again

Since the original review i have to say that the Team Leader contacted me immediately regarding our Daughter and Grand-Daughters difficult sleeping arrangements and the problems it caused. Ms Luck was extremely prompt and kind in resolving their issues and eventhough ours was minor she apologised for that too and it was sorted out to the satisfaction of all concerned.... More

We stayed here overnight on the way to Carmarthen for a weeks holiday with our Daughter and her family. The Lady on reception was extremely friendly and welcoming, even wishing me a happy birthday as soon as she became aware of it. Expect a very warm friendly welc ome at Swansea North. The parking can sometimes be a bit of a nightmare as there is a cheap eatery attached which is extremely busy. Can be a nuisance in my case being disabled and nowhere to park. Good central position however and very comfortable beds.

We stayed a the Swansea North Premier Inn. We could not have had a better stay the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean & very comfortable and quiet. the inn was in a very central location, very near to all aminities. We would definatly recommend this location.
