My wife and I booked for 1 night as we were going to see a show at the Waterfront. I booked through Lastminute.com on their secret hotels facility. On arrival we were upgraded to the top floor and part of our pacakge included a complimentary bar from 18.00 to 22.00 including snacks. At the interval in the theatre we went... more

This seemed a convenient location for our week-end in Belfast, a short taxi ride to the city center. You could walk to the main street at your leisure. The hotel is clean and pleasant for a short visit. We relaxed in the morning and and browsed the many modern shopping arcades in the afternoon. Our room was pleasant but could... more

Just returned from a great weekend at the Belfast Hilton! A great hotel in a convenient spot! What we were really impressed with was the level of service we experienced from all the staff! We felt the level of service was outstanding! The reception staff were lovely but the real stars were the staff in the restaurant both at breakfast... more

I haven't stayed here for a number of years, but couldn't believe there is now no longer a swimming pool! Shame as the product is nice, though expensive. Service is just ok, nothing special as the staff seem a bit like robots with all the 'sirs' etc, I prefer a little down to earth warmth. Watch out for car park... more

My husband & i treated ourselves to a little overnighter in the Belfast Hilton for the 2nd time this year having had such a lovely time in Jan 08. It certainly came through with the same high standards as the 1st visit. We had a warm Belfast welcome from Amanda on reception who checked our bag for us.( we were... more

Place looks a little shoddy & tired - in need of a facelift. Room was OK but mattress very uncomfortable. Double check you bill - we had another table added to our restaurant bill. £14 per day car parking - scandalous. Staff were friendly & food was good. Next door to Waterfront and Victoria Sq shopping. My husband and I stayed at The Hilton Belfast to celebrate my birthday last weekend and we had the most fabulous time! We have eaten in the Sonma Restaurant on numerous occasions and list it as one of our most favourite places in Belfast to dine....the food is wonderful and the staff are professional, friendly, courteous and cheerful. The Hilton is perfect location if attending an event in the Odyssey being a 10 minute walk at most. We were delighted with the hotel overall - the room was large, bright and clean with comfy bed and nice flat screen tv. The reception staff (especially Karen) were great. We ate in the bar before the concert and they had... more

My husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a night alone in the 5* Hilton - we would have been better booking into the Days Inn! We were given a room with a view of the back of the Waterfront Hall, no view of river as requested. The bath had no hand rail for assisting disabled in getting out.... more
