the hotel was fully booked on the evening of our stay, there was a charity auction ball on with minor celebs such as soap stars but we werent treated any differently. all staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. i would throughly recoment this hotel to anyone stayin in belfast more

Was looking forward to staying here and I wasn't disappointed. All the staff were super! Especially the porter who brought my bag to my room-called me "pet." My room was just perfect. The salmon entree was best I've had, perfectly cooked. Regret only could stay one night. Would definitely return. more

On arrival we were met by a welcoming connoisseur who offered to park our car in overnight secure parking - very important in a busy city centre location.
