Well, this place sounded awfully nice, but when we arrived after booking the place months before we walked in on the middle of a major renavation! My husband and I had planned on three nights there in early July 2004 as part of our honeymoon, and naturally hubby tried to confirm the reservations he made with all our accommodations prior to our departure. Lisdara was only one of only two that didn't respond, which he thought was a little odd, considering his email correspondance with them was very attentive when he booked the reservation. When we got there after a long day of travel from London, we discovered the place had literally been ripped apart and was undergoing major electric work and interior overhaul. No one working there seemed to know we were coming, but they kindly directed us to the Northern Ireland Tourist Board, where a very apologetic lady made a few phone calls and figured out that we'd been rebooked in another B&B.
