Staff were unable or unwilling to resolve problems. I stayed in 3 different rooms. In none of them could the air be turned off and the air was very cold. Due to "engineering" problems the temperature couldn't be raised. The staff blamed each other and could only suggest repeatedly moving rooms.
The location is very nice, the house is a bit old but very charming. Overall the room was clean and did not expect more for that price... BUT I can't understand why ruin everything using a mattress that was nasty looking and at least 10 years old. The bed was not fitted with a mattress protector and the bed sheets...

Guesthouse is beautiful and the hostess, Brie, is extremely helpful and kind. She answered all my questions enthusiastically, offered sage advice, and assisted me in all my transportation needs. Breakfast was bountiful with yoghurts, cereals, fruit, juices, toast, and the usual fry-up. I especially enjoyed sitting and talking around the breakfast table with the other guests. My room was very...

Very nice old house near Queen's University and easy walking distance to most sightseeing. Pleasant atmosphere. The hostess was very accommodating, including allowing us some last minute changes to our itinerary. Breakfast was the usual Irish fare... nothing special. Would stay again.

The experience started upon our arrival when the landlady discovered that we had 2 dogs in our van who would remain there for the...

I stayed here on business, in one of the cheaper rooms. Good location if you need to go to Queen's University Belfast, and a walkable distance to the city centre (approx. 25 minutes). If you stay in one of the more expensive rooms, then you may rate this more highly than if you stayed in the cheaper rooms. My experience...
