We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on a recent trip to Belfast after reading positive TripAdvisor reviews. It's situated about 15 minutes walk from the main City Centre which was fine for us, and gives it the bonus of free on-site car parking which is hard to find. My daughter and I stayed for two nights. The room was great -- clean, well-appointed, modern. The location was within walking distance of many good restaurants and retail. Some people don't like the location because it is in university area, but several taxi drivers told us it is the safest area of the city. Great breakfast, too. more

Very easy to access the city centre from the hotel. The only downside being close to the university there was noise from the students during the night, but ask for a room at the back.
