My cousin and I stayed at The Marine Guest House from January 24 - 27 and it was £60 for a double single bed room including on suite bathroom and breakfast. Breakfast time is from 7-9am. The meat sometimes tasted reheated and stale but as a whole the breakfast was filling and set us up for our day; fresh fruit,... More

Free wifi, very nicely decorated, great atmosphere. I loved the feeling of the house. The house is interesting, as it was built by an architect, but that's about all the owner knew about the house. Very good location, nice service in the morning with breakfast. Overall a very nice stay.

At relatively short notice very welcoming invitation to stay. Very clean and friendly house, and really convenient for the City Centre with good transport connections. If you enjoy staying in a really good example of a victorian house, you cant go wrong with the Marine

We finished this 2 nights stay with a mixed feeling. The first contact with the owner on arrival was not really friendly. We had to wait nearly 15 min before we gain the right to see the room. He was more interested in finding the way we will pay for the room than welcoming new guests. However, the location is... More

Excellent guesthouse with off-street parking which was perfect for a night out in Belfast. Room 12 was very roomy for our party of three. Plenty of towels etc for the excellent price we paid. Very clean. There could be a better selection of cereals for breakfast, but that is the only niggle I have.. Good idea to have breakfast served... More

Decent sized room with en-suite. Very clean and in a quiet area. The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly. Everything that I want in a guest house. Can't comment on parking as I didn't have a car, but there was a good bus service in to Belfast from the roads at either end of Aglantine. There was... More

The house is an old Victorian house with beautiful large rooms en suite. Good parking and a lovely Indian restaurant nearby. The owner, Nat, is a great guy, kind of keeps himself to himself but most willing to help. As so often happened on our trip round the Emerald Isle, we were sorry that we did not have the time... This is a 2 star guest house, so dont expect the ritz, however the whole place was spotlessly clean and fresh. We arrived on Thursday, and left on Sunday. The place was ideal for a gentle walk into town, or a 5 min cab ride. Its situated on a quiet side street, so not much traffic noise, but close to... More
