The customer service offered here is dreadful. Had to cancel suddenly to attend a funeral. No consideration was given - they charged anyway. No bother to even email a reply when I explained the situation. Disgusting. more

Fortunately we booked only one night, because the service was really bad: unhelpful staff, bed with hair, doors broken and people shouting on their rooms. NOT recommeandable at all. Avoid it. more

I had booked a room with Helga Lodge for 2 nights next weekend but I just came across this website, with all the negative reviews, and decided to cancel my stay. If visitors want a good clean bed and breakfast, friendly and accommodating, look no further, 5 minute walk to the city center, shops and restaurants just around the corner. My daughter and I stayed there for 4 nights and we where more than pleased. GO. more
