We arrived back from Ireland yesterday. Sadly, our intial euphoria at being in a new exciting city was very short lived. The customer service offered here is dreadful. Had to cancel suddenly to attend a funeral. No consideration was given - they charged anyway. No bother to even email a reply when I explained the situation. Disgusting. more

I had booked a room with Helga Lodge for 2 nights next weekend but I just came across this website, with all the negative reviews, and decided to cancel my stay. When I rang, they had no record of my reservation, so it seems as though the suspect record-taking other people mentioned hasn't improved very much. Not very reliable! more

Got a double room for 60 euro. The room was small and not too clean. The toilet was like a closet in the wall with a shower plate embedded in it and a cheap toilet seat 10 cm from it.
