The wifi only works in the lobby area, which was pretty much always crowded. The hostel was always very noisy at all hours of the night. There was a kitchen that was decent enough. The staff seemed nice. The beds were pretty uncomfortable, even for a hostel. It was a manageable experience but we were glad to leave. more

My daughter and I was booked to stay there. We arrived and were very uncomfortable with the state of the place, it was dirty, the stairs leading up to the rooms were unsafe, it was down a dirty alley way and all in all it was a bad day. Internet access via wifi is a joke, it does not happen... more

We are sorry that your stay with us was not as positive as we would of like it. However I would like to correct you in the bathroom situation (keep in mind 2 dorm rooms have ensuits)-On each floor there is 6 or 7 toilets and 4 or 5 showers (not 2 as mentioned). Also an ensuit for the room...
the 3 of us shared a room with 9 other guests, and it was horrible. En-Suite: Disgusting - Thick Grime and Scum on the surfaces, very unhygenic. Bedding: Not Clean, dirty, and not changed from the previous group. No Lockers No Privacy. No Ventilation. Disgraceful and overall dirty. more
Regarding this review; There is no ensuit in our 12 bed dorm. All our showers and toilets are cleaned twice a day by our cleaners and night staff. Should something be quite unhygenic our stuff should be informed to attend to it straight away. All sheets are washed after every use by our staff in the laundry. There are a...
I stayed in this hostel as a student in a group. Our room was FREEZING...just like a cellar!! The sheets were almost wet because of the damp!! We had to sleep in coats and scarves!!! A Dump - STAY AWAY! Dodgy toilets and showers. Weird Smell. The doorlocks could be opened by any key. Annoying Scousers shouting at you at 3 in the morning. Chewing gum on the walls. Shady alley and very dodgy caged pub outside. Just AWFUL. more
Hello, The "caged" pub outside is actually a historic pub. The cage was used during the troubled times in Belfast & they have just kept it. Yes it may look dodgy, but its not. It may look like we are an alley, but we are a street and it is very busy during business hours. sorry your were not pleased...
