We arrived on Friday evening. Had booked an executive double with sofa bed. The room was just adequate. Nice touch of a plate of cheese and two small bottles of red wine though. We came back to the bar in the hotel for a drink before retiring. The tables and floor were dirty. Bar staff very slow. Saturday the kids... more

Stayed in Holiday Inn on my 1st trip to Belfast. A lovely hotel in a good location, only a few mins walk from the centre, shops, bars & restaurants. Located on a side street so quieter. The hotel is modern and clean and worth it's 4*. We stayed 2 nights in Holiday Inn. We arrived before check-in & got into... more

This hotel met all our needs the staff were all very friendly and informative. the room was very clean and tidy. The room windows had been left fully open which meant I had to dangle out 5 floors to shut them. £8.50 was a bit steep to rent a movie in the room, but other than that no problems. Very... more

Was due to stay 2 nights but left after one night. No need to say any more - don't expect room as per website and bring ear plugs as we were in room above organised party which ended 12midnight. Didn't matter that 2 young children in our group. You know you're somewhere classy when the restaurant staff clean the crumbs/... more

This is good in Belfast. The hotel bar is good for a quick drink and there is loads to do near by Dont bother booking an executive... more

I've stayed in this hotel before and found it fine, however, after this trip, I won't be back. We decided to treat ourselves and upgraded to an Executive Suite, complete with wine, cheese and chocolate on arrival. I arrived in the slightly bigger than average room to find none of the aforementioned goodies! After calling reception, they advised they would... more

Stayed here for 2 nights on a recent business trip. Decent quality hotel with an average amount of facilities. Room was good and quite spacious. Staff seemed fairly friendly and helpful. The location is good in the heart of central Belfast. more

My family and I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Belfast. WE have three children and we booked the family room, that sleeps 4 , but we managed quite well. A large double bed and 2 single beds. Very comfy beds, good wooden shutters on windows, very little noise, and air con. The pool was lovely. They gave floats fot... more

Stayed 1 night on business trip. Check in very good, Bar and food what you would expect - run of the mill and over priced for what it is. Service was better than other Holiday Inn's I've stayed at and overall hotel was OK. My main gripes were that there is not enough sound insulation in the room, internal and... more
