Stayed here before we flew out on holiday due to the fantastic location next to the airport (two second walk across a footpath). I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was excellent and i would definately recommend it anyone. more

We were due to depart Belfast International airport on an early flight and I booked one night at the special ‘Relax Rate’ which included 3 course evening meal and breakfast for £155 so the only extras should have been beverages. We had an enjoyable meal in the restaurant, staff were friendly but the cheapest bottle of wine was £18. The... more

I stay here with an airline regularly, and I pay nothing. Even though this hotel is free to me, it is a disgrace. The rooms are freezing cold and even when I complained the temperature was not rectified. There are next to no leisure facilities, no swimming pool. The room also had wet carpet near the shower room from the... more

This hotel is grossly overpriced due to its location. THe Bathroom was dirty, as well as the fact when i asked the chef to omit rice from my meal as i am allergic to it and replace it with chips, i was told 'no' the dish came with rice so i had to have it as well as pay extra... more

Stayed five nights for a company course. This is a large part of this hotel's business - there are nine conference rooms and the place is nearly always full. The building feels very much like a Novotel with pale wood design throughout. It claims four stars - I would dispute that however I will say it is top of the... more

We (two adults and two under twos) booked a night prior to an early morning flight. We had requested a room with two travel cots but when we got there they told us that they couldn't provide two cots per room due to health and safety. Instead we had to take a family room which was 160 pounds GBP which... more

After reading the reviews here, we decided to book it with our travel agent and we were very pleased. We just stayed two nights for the weekend since we were attending a concert on the Odissey. The lady that checked us in was reaally nice and helpful!!! So nice to be welcomed by somebody smiling! As other reviews pointed the... more

We stayed overnight at the hotel as we had a flight to catch the next day. The staff were very efficient and professional, and nothing was a problem. Food (in the bar) was excellent, and we thought it was good value for money. We had a room for three people (2 + 1 child) which was a good size. I... more

This is a very nice hotel at the Belfast International Airport with a good dining room. The great thing about it is that the airport shuttle bus runs every 10 minutes and it is a very economical way to get into the city of Belfast. The bus drops you in the middle of the city 40 minutes later for approximately... more
