I stayed here for my anniversary! I had always wanted to stay here as I loved the gothic decor but I have to admit the reception area is terrible! 2 desks and patchy stained carpet but i didnt let it put me of! The rooms were nice... not wow but nice and the bed gave me the best nights sleep... More

A very mixed review, the high quality of the rooms made a very comfortable stay, the staff where also not to be faulted in their helpfullness. If however you are planning on staying here then PLEASE avoid the restaurant, it is truthfully the most over priced i have ever been in. On the first evening we ordered two of the... More

Decided to treat my wife to a post Valentine's night away , chose Malmaison Belfast, past stays have been great . Booked sunday supplement deal , room at great rate as long as you spend at least £75 on food and drink! We checked in , staff always helpful and welcoming, we had reserved a superior double room. Left our... More

My husband and I treated ourselves to a break in Malmaison Belfast and a concert at the Waterfront Belfast (a few minutes walk). I found a really good offer for the stay in Malmaison online and was delighted with the hotel. We phoned before hand to ask about parking at the hotel and were given a few options all good... More

I have stayed in many hotels in my time, the Malmaison in Belfast ranks highly in my view. Our children gave us a gift voucher for Christmas, so glad they chose this hotel for us. The staff are genuinely friendly, couldn't do enough for you, for me this makes all the difference. Many people have written on their reviews that... More

I stayed here with my girlfriend on the Saturday 11th Feb for Valentines. The staff were very pleasent and helpful. The rooms were great, spacious and comfortable. I had requested before our arrival for a quiet room as I didnt want to be beside the main street. We were given room 401 at the back of the hotel which was... More

The Mal Maison Belfast was chosen for our city break as we got a great offer for 2 nights plus breakfast-- this was cheaper than the Hilton. That said, we were disappointed as their were some things in room that were just not quite right. If you are a light sleeper, or don't want to hear your neighbours, bring earplugs.... More

The Malmaison tries hard to to be distinctive and unusual but whether or not its gloomy ambience and the mock-gothic bedroom furnishings appeal will depend on your taste. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the beds were comfortable; the standard of breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Our room was above the bar and the soundproofing was... My husband and I had an overnite stay as we were attending a concert at the Waterfront Hall. My son had bought this as a Christmas present, this was as a package, eat, drink and stay. The hotel was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. We had a meal in the restaurant but were very dissappointed as there wasn't... More

Just back from a 2night stay with my girlfriend. Have stayed before and this visit was just as good. Great location close to shopping and bars. Had dinner in the hotel both nights. The waitress (elaine i think?... from limavady) was top notch. Very approachable and did everything with a smile, made time to speak to us even though she... More
