Stayed for 5 days in this superb & quiet location. Great views from the conservatory / breakfast room, excellent breakfasts (love the soda bread and the farm eggs) and Nan is a really welcoming host. It was especially nice to have somewhere to sit in the evenings, other than your room (albeit really well furnished and very clean). Better than... more

As confirmed by previous guests this really is a superb location to stay when visiting the Carrick-A-Rede rope bridge and Giants Causeway. Nan is a very friendly and welcoming host. Our room was very clean and more than adequate in size for our two night stay. Nan takes breakfast orders the night before. You'll need a big appetite to finish... more

Kinbane farmhouse is a lovely B&B in a fantastic location close to the attractions of Giant's Causeway etc. Nan is a great host, and I wouldn't have felt awkward about asking anything. Our room wasn't huge but was cosy, welcoming and very clean. Breakfast was lovely, with a good choice of food. Best of all was the location, in a... more

The only negative was that our stay was too short. Nan and her house were simply a breath of fresh air! We felt more at home here than in any other B&B in three weeks in Scotland and Ireland. The food was excellent, the view spectacular and Red the sheepdog was a perfect companion for a hike down to Kinbane... more

I have just returned from a short break to Belfast / Northern Ireland coast and had an amazing time. I was a single female traveller and was made very welcome by Nan at Kinbane. She is a truly great host who cooks a brilliant Ulster fry. The room was lovely, nice and warm, spotlessly clean with beautiful bedding, and I... more

My husband and I recently enjoyed 3 nights at Kinbane Farmhouse. What a stunning location. Great accommodation (with the softest and best towels in the whole of Ireland!!!) and a truly delicious breakfast served in a dining room with views which take your breath away. Kinbane Farmhouse, Nan, her delightful family and their two friendly working sheep dogs are among... more

Kinbane is blessed with a great view of the water and Rathlin island. The host, Nan, is kind, helpful, and cooks a great breakfast. Our room was a standard double room, clean and quaint. The room was on the small-ish side but it was still comfortable and perfect for a good nights rest. Good location if you want to be... more

Excellent, reasonably priced, bed and breakfast accommodation overlooking the sea. Nan, the owner, was very friendly and her 'full Irish' breakfast is not to be missed - it will set you up for the day ahead ! more

The views from the dining room are spectacular, even through the rain, and only surpassed by the warm and friendly attitude of the owners. Food choice at breakfast was varied and freshly cooked. if you are looking for an enjoyable stay on a working farm in the Ballycastle area you can do no better than spend a few days here. more

Host was friendly but very busy. When they say it is a real working farm they are not kidding. Plus they got small kids so they are just very busy. Which is OK as we are pretty low maint. anyway. Just wasn't one of my favorite places. More than any other B&B I felt like we were intruding a bit.... more

Management response from
kinbane, owner

Sorry you found the farm very busy. We strive to make everyone feel welcome and at home. September is harvest time and sometimes it can get quite hectic. Glad you enjoyed the food.
