I have stayed at this hotel numerous time whilst in aberdeen on buisness. The staff are friendly and service is excellent. The standard of food is excellent. I must first say that all the staff in this hotel were pleasant and helpful but..... The decor is dated and shabby, the furnishings dirty and the paintwork chipped.
