Good hostel; spacious and clean kitchen, dining room, lounges etc. Located in a large mansion with gardens. A bit of a hike from the city centre. more
We showed up without a booking and they gave us (2 girls) the last room- a private room. This hostel is clean and staff were friendly and very helpful (that is, the day staff. The night guy was not and refused to change a room, saying he couldn't touch the paperwork, which the morning manager chuckled at.) Kitchen is only open until midnight (I think). Beds are squeaky. We walked from the bus station but it was a bit far (I'd say 1.5 miles?) with backpacks- next time would take the bus. Easy to find and close to bus routes. Nice place. more
