I stay at the Premier Inn whenever I'm in Aberdeen on business (perhaps once every 6-8 weeks). It's not fancy but it's clean, comfortable and the staff are always lovely. It's not handy for the city (or anywhere except Westhill and Tesco really) but it's cheap and definitely cheerful. Don't come expecting room service, hundreds of TV channels or fancy... more

Firstly, I think our American visitors and reviewers need a little education regarding the purposes of the Premier Lodge chain of hotels. These are roadside lodges in the same category as your own Econolodge/Days Inn/Quality Inn etc etc. They are not supposed to be full-service 2,3 or 4 star hotels.The reviews posted above seem to be complaining about the lack... more

This is a stripped down, inexpensive hotel with no activities in the middle of nowhere. The only restaurant for miles is attached to the hotel, and while it has good food, you get quite sick of it after a day or two. Also, the phones in the room only operate if you use either a credit card or a phone... more

What can you say.. It's so cheap and the rooms are very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped.. it seems impossible to fault! I have stayed here twice.. the first time was what is stated above and the second time was on valentines day last year and I found it agreeable and very good value for money all round! Book... more

Staff messed up our booking...Excellent quality beds...Clean rooms...Bad location (if you want to be close to city center)...Decent food in adjacent pub but bear in mind it closes at 11:00pm...Overall okay hotel. more
