Situated close to the foreshore and within easy walking distance of shops and harbour. Parking was easy, free public car park just across the road allows free parking for up to 72 hours. The owner, Sandra made us very welcome as soon as we arrived. The room was tastefully decorated with modern furniture and loveley comfortable beds. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided, together with a cute little fridge for the milk.
The bathroom was clean and well maintained. We were asked what time we would like breakfast and there was no problem when we said 10 o'clock. (My borother and his wife stayed at a different B&B and were TOLD what time they would be having breakfast, it was EARLY!) We were blessed with gorgeous weather for our stay and managed to explore quite a bit of quaint Arbroath. Breakfast was a delightful experience, choice of cereals, orange juice, tea or coffee.
