We booked this B and B at the last minute through Visit Scotland, so didn't receive any official confirmation. I called the B and B to confirm and received an instant reply.
The accomodation is in an old Victorian manse with beautiful high ceilings. The room we stayed in was a large en-suite double well furnished with all the facilities you could need hairdryer, iron, tea and coffee making equipment. The bed was very comfortable with sweets on the bedside cabinets.
The breakfast was excellent with a great range of cereals, fresh fruit, juices, crackers and homemade cakes and preserves.
Also a full cooked breakfast is available which was freshly cooked to your liking. My wife plumped for the famous Arbroath Smokies for breakfast on both days we stayed and she loved them.
The best thing about staying at the Old Vicarage is the welcome, when staying at B and B's it can be difficult to settle and feel at home, but at the Old Vicarage we felt right at home and the owners...
