Breagha Lodge is a great place to stay in Inveraray. It is a small B&B in a quiet location but only 10 mins easy walk form the town and has lovely views over the Loch from the lounge windows. The whole house is beautifully decorated, Catriona and her husband were very welcoming and work hard to provide accommodation that is well above the average. We booked the largest of their three room and not only had a extremely comfortable bedroom but an enormous bathroom with a choice of a full sized bath or big shower. The experience was made even nicer by all the little extras that Breagha Lodge provided, from the Radox by the bath to the little decanter of pre-dinner sherry! Catriona knows the area around Inveraray very well and was able to give us advice about where to visit and we consequently found some lovely places that we woukd never have come across by chance. Inveraray is a good place from which to explore this area of Scotland and I would thoroughly recommend Breagha Lodge... more
