Having read reviews after booking I was somewhat apprehensive but was pleasantly surprised. We are just back from a 3 night stay at the Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa and there is only one word to describe our experience "outstanding". Dawn at reception upgraded us to a junior suite in the old building which over looked the loch. All staff members we met during our stay could not have been any more helpful... more
