Had a short stay in Inveraray and found this b&b by luck. Bill and Janice are absolutely delightful hosts and cooked a beautiful breakfast. Huge spacious clean rooms with big ensuite bathrooms. Would recommend anyone to stay here! Great value for money and you will struggle to find a more friendly couple than Bill and Janice! Stay away from Loch... more

We stayed at Newton Hall on our way up to the Isle of Mull. The owners were very helpfuland friendly. Our room was superb, right at the front with 3 lovely arched windows overlooking Loch Fyne. The breakfast is lovely, especially the blackpudding!!! It is in an excellent location close, but not too close to the town centre. We expected abit... more

We recently stayed at the Newton Hall whilst touring Scotland and would highly recommend this B & B. The hosts, Bill and Janice, were very welcoming and made some helpful suggestions as to where to visit locally. Our very pleasant room with a comfortable king-size bed was located at the front with lovely views of Loch Fyne and the distant... more

Made to feel very welcome by the owners and they were extremely helpful and friendly. The B&B itself is an old church, with some original features still there. I had a lovely room at the back with a large ensuite shower room, both of which were clean. It had a TV and coffee/tea making facilities.Cooked breakfast was lush. Yes there... more

Only stayed one night, but found Newton Hall to be very comfortable and well appointed. Only downside is the road, which can be a bit busy at times, but our room was at the back and was very quiet. Highly recommended. more

Spent 2 nights here while touring West Highlands. Classy, well set up and run with a gret setting on Loch Fyne. Big rooms. some looking over the loch. Lovely dining room and breakfast prepared by enthusiastic owners. Inverary itself has more going for it than you might think from it's size and makes a good base for this part of... more

We found Newton Hall after driving up from Glasgow on our way to Fort William. We needed a place to stay for the night and when we pulled into Inveraray, we thought it was a nice little town on the banks of Loch Fyne. We passed several B&Bs, and Newton looked nice on the outside so we stopped to check... more

We've just returned from a touring holiday in Scotland. We booked a night in Newton Hall at the last minute, so didn't have time to check it out and hence didn't know what to expect. We needn't have worried. The B&B is contained in a delightful converted chapel right on the lochside road, with wonderful views of Loch Fyne from... more
