Was rather worried about staying there due to the other reports on trip advisor but thought, surely it cannot be that bad. Very rude and nasty staff (one in particular) room was horrible, dirty utilities, no atmosphere at all and the most cramped bathroom you could imagine. DO NOT STAY HERE. more

A truly dreadful place that highlights the inadequacies of the Scottish tourist industry. This place is like stepping back 30 years when it was felt quite acceptable to be hostile to guests. The room was rubbish, the staff were rubbish, the food was edible. Stay away. more
