Travelled here with Shearings, hotel was very disappointing and dated. The whole place needs some money spent on it. Rooms were clean but facilies need upgrading. Stayed for 4 nights half board in June 09 (and paid just over £400 for 2 people) in this old fashioned hotel that caters almost exclusively for guests over pension age (which we aren't). You can't make this up, no shower in our room just a bath and my wife was given a jug to wash her hair with.
