We booked a stay through Itison deal site, the hotel was very central and great, very friendly staff, good food and amazing room which was very clean. The bed was so comfortable we could have been at home! We definitely will be looking for more deals.

Despite a fairly good review in Scotland The Best and a great location in the centre of Oban, this hotel was a huge let down. Tired interior, poor food, poor service, it takes more than some decent linen and towels to make a good hotel. I would try somewhere else.

Although the hotel was quite old, the beds and toilet were very clean. Carpet throughout the hallway was very worn in places. Dining room was very nice. Could have been a bit more choice on the menu for dinner but what we had was very good anyway. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very attentive.
