Stayed for 1 night on business in May. I was looking for a hotel close to the town, with a pool and within a budget of around £70/£75 per night. This hotel is dated, grubby and generally awful. We booked it because we have dogs and dog friendly places are hard to find. I wish we hadn't because it was not cheap and certainly not cheerful. Stayed here for two nights. The room was cold and very dated. No hot water for a shower or a wash. The general feel of the the place was that it needs a good clean and updating. The leisure spa also run down and dirty. Such a shame could be a lovely place. Would not advise anyone to stay here.

Stayed here in june me my hubby n wee boy plus our dog as my oldest bestest friend karin works there had a fab time rooms are a bit dated but clean breakfast was nice n all the staff are really welcoming great wee stay.
