Very warm welcome from host who helped with luggage and offered a tray of tea upon arrival. Room was clean and large. Breakfast was delicious and dining room was welcoming. Excellent value for what you get and it was a good en route stopover.

Great service from Simon, nice welcome very helpful. The room was hotel quality we were at the back but still a nice view. The breakfast was lovely I would recommend this Guest House to anyone going to Oban. Would use again.
