We came up to Oban for a day away, and my wife booked the room through 'late rooms' The Guesthouse is about a mile or so from the town centre up a small winding road. Had two nights stay 1st & 2nd Jan 09, bed and breakfast at Alt Na Craig, Oban. Warm welcome, beautiful house, immaculate accommodation. Anyone finding themselves stuck for accommodation for the Scottish Grand National or a golfing tour might consider this B& B gem. I've never been compelled to post comments on here before, but I had to share this one with you. Its further out of Ayr than I originally intended for my golfing and racing weekend, but I had no choice.... more
