Had a great nights stay in this hotel with my husband and adult daughter. It was really a suite, we had with two seperate bedrooms, bathroom /shower room (we loved the jets in the shower cubicle)and a huge main bedroom with a seperate dining/ work area. The Kingsknowes is a lovely country house hotel in the beautiful Scottish borders. My twin bedded room was on the first floor at the top of a sweeping staircase which led to a lounge area with magnificent mantlepiece. Booked this hotel on the off chance for business and decided to take my wife for the journey. I didn't realise it was valantines night when booking, however I was reminded by the hotel reception.
