I stayed 3 nights at this B&B, located along A698, Weensland Rd about a 3/4 mile from town center. The house is elegant, beautifully decorated, surrounded by a terraced garden & peaceful views. My very roomy single, a double bed was ensuite, up a wide staircase, has tea making, tv, 2 easy chairs & a fine view of the back garden. The parking is ample, off-street. The lounge & dinning room very nice, with views & excellent breakfasts. The hosts were helpful & gracious including a lively dog. Service was supurb. This is a wonderful location in the Borders close to numerous day excursions & a fine market town. 25GPB was a bargain. I'd recommend it & eagerly return.
