I stayed at Peebles Hydro for two nights last week. I knew the hotel years ago, because I used to live about 20 miles away, and not much had changed since I last had lunch there in 1974. After 5 or 6 previous visits to The Hydro Hotel over a period of 30 years,when we always found the food and service to be excellent,we again booked for a 3 night break. We had no problems with this Hotel. We usually go to the Crieff Hydro and it was on par with this hotel. We got a great deal, a lovely room, delightful surroundings, great food and great amenities too boot!
