Lovely hotel to celebrate our first anniversary. The food was the best we ever tasted and our superior room was huge. Our two dogs were also made welcome with a map for walks around the hotel. Nice staff and beautiful gardens. Expensive but worth it for a special occasion. more

Place is looking tired needs some decoration and maintence, e.g bathroom. Meals good but quantity rather than quality. House wine poor and expensive. Catered for large noisy party which monopolised lounge. Only for dog lovers. more

Trigony House is a great place to stay. Our room (no. 9) was well furnished and very comfortable. The food was great and, as we preferred our dog to sit with us while we ate, we had both dinner and breakfast in the bar area, which has decent size tables to eat at.
