This is a lovley (but smaller) B&B in southern Scotland, right on the water. It only has 1 bedroom with a King bed & private shower, so you should book well in advance. A large picture window overlooks the inland sea where you can see Dolphins right off shore. Alain the owner also had the forethought to provide the room with 2 pairs of binoculars. A nice selection of teas & coffee & cookies also complement the room. The 35 pounds p/p per night also gives you a full Gourmet breakfast. Alain's breakfasts we found to be the best of all the B&B we stayed at.
Now I have to mention another part of his family "Grimsby". Grimsby is the most intellegant Boarder Collie I have seen. He will let you play fetch all day long if you coose to do so. A thrown ball is retreaved & then pushed along the ground with his nose until you receive it. Real cute.
