I am delighted to have found this hidden gem in Dumfries - and inn with rooms, and what rooms on the newly refurbished first floor - spacious, clean, simply and tastefully furnished, comfortable; also reasonably priced for either room only or B&B. The White Hart in Dumfries was chosen as our base camp for the `we should be fitter than this to go cycling` tour 2007. What a great find the White Hart turned out to be, recently refurbished it had the essentials for cyclists, bike storage, good size clean rooms and large en suite with a proper power shower.
