We were travelling on a Charity Cycle ride from the Isle of Wight to Isle of Arran,thgere was back up team and cyclist, 5 of us,we were treated very well.The owners were helpful, friendly and polite, all of us said we would stay again. more
The accomodation was lovely, clean tidy lovely spacious rooms however the staff ruined the whole stay for me. I was staying for my sisters wedding, the lady who ran the hotel was rude to me for 2 days, complained and banged on my door about other guests that had nothing to do with my stay..wouldnt let other guests have breakfast... more
We regret to note this review, there was a problem in the bedroom caused by the guest which resulted in the extra charges. We hold breakfast at least an extra 10 minutes for late comers, cereal and toast is available for up to 30mins beyond normal breakfast hour.
