We got married in The Mill on the 3rd September. We stayed for 2 nights in total and it was absolutly beautiful. Firstly,
The Location : - Excellent, just outside of the main town of gretna, away from all the tourism. It felt very secluded and special.
The Wedding : - Couldn't have gone better, the Mill was gorgeous both inside and out, some members of my family said they started crying as soon as they walked in(even before they saw the bride!!) The wedding co-ordinato was excellent and the piper ( Craig Irvine) was very good, would definatly reccommed him! Our minister was Jack Stracken, he made the service feel so personal and special. He was fantastic and everyone is still commenting how they wish they had him for their minister. Definatly recommend!!!
The reception:- Was very nice, we had the roundhouse as we had about 30 guests, the food was lovely and the staff were excellent.
The Disco :- Probably the only thing that wasn't that great, if it wasn't for our group... more
