No 1 B&B in Kirkcudbright must be the best B&B we've ever stayed in. Fantastic location, immaculate and spotlessly clean, comfortable, a wonderful power shower in Harbour Room and the most delicious food. Anne and Jim are great hosts. They made us feel very welcome and looked after us extremely well. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Kirkcudbright now. more

A great location in a lovely little town with lots to see and do. Forget hotels, Number 1 has luxury, comfort, and Anne makes you feel like you've spent a week being seriously pampered. Fantastic room with good view, superb ensuite facilities (jacuzzi bath, enormous high powered shower). Breakfast wonderful, good choices, lovely environment. Anne is a superb cook, try her evening meals. Kirkcudbright is worth a trip, relaxed atmosphere and nice galleries. Not a good place for a sand beach, but lovely walks with good views near by. more
